Acid mine drainage for Fe and Mn metals have a negative impact on the environment. This study studies use of calcium oxide fly ash as adsorbents, used to absorb contained in acid drainage. aims analyze effectiveness Calcium Oxide that an adsorbent The method is experimental with laboratory scale, test carried out by adsorption using batch system. Magnetic stirrer stirring medium process. various doses (0.1; 0.2; 0.3 grams) (10; 14; 17 were mixed 250 ml drainage, then stirred at speed 150 rpm (30; 60; 90 minutes) time. characterization was SEM testing. results show has better than oxide. 85.35% 78.14%.
